Carlin
Carlin Race Park: The one-mile track offers a mix of sand and hardpack soil. Races are held Sunday and riders need to call for the exact practice schedule. There are thousands of acres of open riding around the track. (775) 753-3828.
Carson City
Silver State Raceway: Measuring 1-1/4 miles in length, the outdoor lap is cut down during the summer and turned into a 1/2-mile night circuit. Rolling terrain. A Wednesday night practice schedule is run from June to September and all day on Saturday when shifting back to day races. (775) 881-2291
Fallon
Emmitt's Track: Measuring 3/4-mile long, the hills of the jump-filled track are loose sand while the lower sections are packed clay. Inside the track sits a tight, 3/8-mile arenacross circuit complete with whoop section and numerous series of combination jumps. Open daily. (775) 423-3093.
Fernley
Reno-Fernley Raceway: The course measures 1-1/4 miles and the rolling terrain adds some climbs to the layout. One race and one practice are held a month. (775) 423-3093

Las Vegas
Las Vegas MX Park: 1000-acre racing complex sits on the corner of Hollywood at the north end of the Vegas strip. The track undergoes constant revision and course length varies from 3/4 of a mile to a mile. The track sits eight feet down from the surrounding spectating area and pit plateau. The Saturday practice and Sunday race schedule is switched to a Friday night and Saturday night routine during the summer. (702) 565-7876.
Mesquite
Mesquite Raceway: a pure outdoor circuit. It features good elevation change and a couple of long climbs are included in the 1-1/2 mile lap. Mesquite runs its races on Saturday and Sunday, with a night program kicking off during the summer. (435) 673-1956.
Reno
Fernley International Raceway: Fernley is open seven days a week -for FREE. The course measures two miles and is constantly revised. The Fernley Lions Club leases the property from the Truckee-Carson Irrigation District. Races are held on Sunday (there is no practice the day before a race). There is endless desert riding beyond the track boundaries. (775) 423-8226.
Stead
Stead Motocross: On an abandoned Air Force base, one-mile track features a high-speed design. Races are held on Sunday and occasionally on Saturday night during the summer. Open riding is allowed on the 200-acre site. (775) 331-7409.
